Who owns kolskeggr mine

Because the miscellaneous quest is still not yet completed. I've been all over the mountainside, too. I even looked inside Pavo's house.

No other Forsworn are anywhere to be seen. Does anyone know to properly complete this little side quest? Have I overlooked something? Showing 1 - 15 of 21 comments. Did you return to tell the quest giver you have done it?

It was Skaggi Scar-Face who gave the quest to me, but when I went to speak with him about it, the only thing I could say to him was, "Do you own this mine? Well you can speak to that guy or Pavo Attius to start the quest, but you need to speak to Pavo to complete it.

Every ore vein in Skyrim will respawn after a period of time, and Kolskeggr's ore deposits will do so in thirty days of in-game time. When that time has passed, players should be certain to head back to the mine and repeat the mining process. The repeatable nature of this method is what makes it stand out as a premier method of leveling and money-making. It should be noted that there is a strange glitch associated with the mine that causes it to never be displayed as "Cleared" on the game map, even when all the Forsworn have been killed and every deposit has been mined.

While this has no effect on the ore veins respawning, it does cause the Forsworn to respawn within the mine alongside the ore, making things a little trickier for players when making return trips.

Speak to Pavo with the news of your success. He will be suitably impressed at your accomplishment and reward you with a leveled amount of gold.
